During my nearly 12-years as the Marketing Manager at Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts, I had the privilege of steering the marketing strategies for 16 campus websites. My role encompassed a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including the optimization of our SEO efforts and the execution of targeted PPC campaigns with Google, both of which significantly enhanced our online visibility and lead generation. I also managed a monthly newsletter, cultivating a dedicated subscriber base of over 100,000, and leveraged various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Yelp, Google, Twitter, and LinkedIn to engage with our audience and foster a vibrant online community. This experience honed my skills in digital marketing, content management, and strategic communication, contributing to the growth and reputation of Le Cordon Bleu as a premier culinary institution.
With over three years of experience as the Marketing and Social Media Director for Ala Carte Entertainment, I have expertly managed the social media profiles of their 20 diverse bars, restaurants, and nightclub locations. My responsibilities included photography, video production, and content creation for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Yelp, and Google Business Profiles. I successfully enhanced the online presence of 10 Moretti's Restaurants locations, 3 Finn McCool’s locations, Alumni Club, Freddie’s, Snuggery, Lion Head Pub, The Apartment, Chandler’s, and Drink nightclub. Through strategic content management and creative visual storytelling, I contributed to increased engagement and brand visibility across all social media channels.

These profiles leverage the power of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google to showcase mouthwatering dishes, share exclusive deals, and engage with a community of food enthusiasts, thereby driving more traffic and attention to the featured restaurants.
With over four years of experience as a Front of House Restaurant Manager, I was responsible for overseeing the guest dining experience, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. I trained and managed staff to deliver exceptional hospitality while optimizing daily operations for efficiency. Additionally, I handled menu and pricing setup in the POS system, ensuring accuracy and seamless transactions. I also managed third-party delivery platforms, including DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats, coordinating orders and maintaining smooth digital operations to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction.

Your customers have many dining options available to them and in some cases limited budgets for dining in, takeout, delivery and catering. Your customers use social media platforms on a regular basis to discover new dining options in their area and we need to engage with them where they are active. With the recent changes on some platforms, it is now more difficult to reach these customers just with organic wall posts. This was done to encourage businesses to pay for ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc.

The Opportunity
We need to showcase our strengths and advantages over the competition. This
information will be used to educate prospective customers, get them engaged and excited about your restaurant. We will also focus on current and past customers to keep them loyal and encourage them to visit on a regular basis.
The Solution
Our target audience depends on social media platforms for communication, entertainment, news, research on topics of interests, sharing information with family and friends, etc. We need to insert ourselves in this environment when customers are searching for area restaurants and discussing new dining options. By educating prospective customers on the quality of our food, menu selections, take-out/delivery options, etc. we will be in a better position to retain current customers, attract new customers to increase revenue.
The Plan
